ESPN Kicks Off The 2009 College Football Season Broadcast

ESPN begins its 2009 college football broadcast coverage today at 7:00 p.m. across ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN360.com, ESPN Regional Television, ESPN Radio, ESPN Classic, ESPN Mobile TV and ESPN GamePlan.

ESPN will present 28 games over Labor Day weekend, including Labor Day on all its networks. Chris Fowler will host for his 20th season with analysts Lee Corso who has been affiliated with the show since the first year, Kirk Herbstreit, who joined in 1996, and Desmond Howard, entering his fourth season.
